and aside from a touch of Montezuma's revenge a couple of times I have never had the slightest issue. I never drink from the minibars in the room anyway - it is all-inclusive so we just ask for a bottle of whatever we want and make sure it is sealed.

Make sure you use bottled water to rinse your toothbrush - that is one thing a lot of visitors fail to do and end up getting stomach problems. And never eat a salad of any kind, nor fruit that doesn't have a rind. You basically have to eat unhealthy foods - life could be worse.
